 Talia Serinese Designs jewelry can be ordered at www.taliaserinese.etsy.com. Click on the items that you would like to purchase and the site will walk you through the process. It is easy and you do not need a paypal account. If you have any questions please contact us. 

Shipping 

Orders are shipped out seven to ten days from date of purchase. The cost of shipping is four dollars and includes USPS shipping and delivery confirmation. If you need an item rush shipped please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

About the Jewelry

Talia makes every piece by hand using sterling silver, fresh water pearls and gemstones. Each is truly one of a kind. She even makes each clasp, ear wire and metal components by hand, which are all hammered for added texture and durability.

Refunds/Exchanges

Store credit, sorry no refunds.

Exchanges must be made within seven days of purchase.Please return jewelry in it's original condition and  the packaging it arrived in. Please include payment for shipment of your exchange and identify the item(s) you are exchanging for.

Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If any item is flawed due to craftsmanship we will fix or replace the item. If the same materials are available we will replace with the same item if not a similar piece will be discussed. If an item breaks due to normal wear and tear we will be happy to repair the item for a small fee. Please email for information regarding a repair. 

Jewelry Care

Silver jewelry is meant to be worn. The more it is worn the more beautiful it will get. Over time all sterling silver will tarnish if left in storage. To prevent tarnishing wear often and store in sealed plastic. When tarnishing occurs use a polishing cloth and gently buff  away the tarnish to make the jewelry look new again.
